Responsible for designing new Contour-Pak carriers for plastic and glass containers. Performed product testing and estimated manufacturing and tooling costs. Designed prototype, production tooling and installed tooling in Bardstown, Kentucky. Installed company Contour-Pak applicator machines and trained customers at their facilities. In addition, provided technical support via telephone or on site to company sales personnel and customers.
•Developed quoting forms and database to reduce quoting time from 4 days to 1 day service.
