• Developed and implemented complex training plan and qualification process for arduous deployment cycle and Dry-docking Availability for over 400 personnel in Reactor Department.
• Completed qualification as Engineering Officer of the Watch and Reactor Duty Officer responsible for maintenance and operation of both Number One and Number Two propulsion plant operations and over 50 personnel during underway and in port operations.
Combat Systems Officer, USS FORD (FFG-54) (10/03-04/05)
Led Department of 50 personnel in maintenance, training, operation, and upkeep of all weapon systems, radar equipment, and combat system equipment as well as Senior Watch Officer and Force Protection Officer.
• Responsible for the genesis and initial startup of FORD’s Maintenance Information Center managing $18.5 million dollar Dry-Docking Availability. Responsible for tracking and completing over 350 complex jobs involving multiple organizations and departments.
