I aided in the development of customary display packaging for the Skin and Hair categories. I authored packaging specifications, Bill of Material items for primary & secondary packaging for the Skin category. I also interfaced with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Branding for product and packaging related projects.
I managed the assigned Package Development projects, with minimal guidance to meet category objectives and project ship to trade dates. I provided packaging options, developed, engineered, tested packaging components and modified as necessary to meet: customer requirements, functional parameters, cost targets, manufacturing & shipping requirements. I provided technical input to package design process and assured package design for manufacturing acceptability, while realizing desirable consumer & Brand packaging elements. I developed and obtained information to approve packaging components plus wrote and issued packaging specifications and documentation, within required time lines.

I traveled to production facilities across the United States, documenting packaging used in each facility. I independently compiled packaging data into master spreadsheet for quick use by corporation engineers, financiers, and production facility managers. I spear headed a data collection initiative for Deluxe production facilities to utilize process improvement for packaging operations. I communicated project status and needs to engineers, managers, and facility site leaders.
