Selected by SYSTRA Consulting to manage construction of a new 8.2 million dollar train repair facility in Lindenwold, New Jersey. Project responsibilities included inspection of demolition, sitework, installation of new utilities, reinforced concrete slabs and walls, building structural steel erection, exterior metal panels, rubber roof and accessories, installation of fire pump room and interior finishes for the entire3 complex. Conducted weekly progress meetings, write and distribute meeting minutes, prepare and distribute weekly progress reports, approval of monthly invoices, assisted with the preparation of change orders, tracking submittals, drafted field change notices, and contractor correspondence.
Selected by Systra Consulting, Inc and Jacobs Engineering, Inc. to manage the field operations for the American Rehabilitation Recovery Act Program at several Amtrak locations in 18 states. Improvements incorporated ADA upgrades at Amtrak Stations.
