NRW (Non-Revenue Water) Assistant Engineer
• Main responsibility was to assist the personnel of Chittagong Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (CWASA) to develop NRW reduction strategies for reducing municipal water losses in Chittagong city, Bangladesh
• Was responsible to perform water distribution network analysis as a part of developing reduction strategies
• Was responsible (occasionally) to construct and manage geodatabase for CWASA
• Was responsible for conducting field work: water distribution network survey using GPS, leakage detection survey using Leak Noise Correlator
• Was in the charge of Leakage Detection team i.e. to manage a team of twelve members (CWASA staffs) whose tasks were to perform house to house survey to provide CWASA up to date information, fix old housing water meters, install new water meters, survey leakage detection and repair leakages.
