• Lorien Hotel and Spa, 1600 King Street Alexandria, VA: This structure has 6 levels above grade and 3 levels of basement. 2nd level thru roof level are post tensioned slabs. Worked on this project from schematic design thru construction documents and construction administration. Project is completed.
• Parking Garage at 60 Upper Rock Cir. Rockville, MD: This is a post-tensioned parking garage. Worked on this project from schematic design thru construction documents and construction administration. Project is completed.
• 3910 Georgia Ave NW Washington DC: This project has two parking levels below grade, retail at ground floor and mezzanine level and 5 residential levels. Second floor is transfer slab. The residential levels have Hambro composite slabs on metal stud bearing walls. Worked on this project from schematic design thru construction documents and construction administration. Project is completed.
• Dunn Loring Metro Retail Buildings E and F: Single story steel structure, bar joists support the roof deck. Worked on this project from schematic design thru bid set.
• Administrative Center for Warrior Transition Unit at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center at Bethesda, MD: Edited structural part of “Request for Proposal“
• Guns and Weapons Systems Tech Data Facility at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ: Worked on this project from schematic design thru construction documents and construction administration. Project is completed for all the three structures below.
