Increased the productivity of fast moving cookie line by modifying existing PLC code and adding new conveyor for repack. Designed the safety circuit for several machines by utilizing AutoCad, and upgrade them with new ANSI / IEEE / UL requirements. Support commissioning with I/O checks, code transferring and modification by developing new site acceptance criteria.  Increased the productivity of cookie production line from 400 packs / minute to 600 packs / minute by utilizing new code structure for PLC.
