REPRESENTATIVE PROJECTS
New Jersey Department of Transportation, Route 27, Six Mile Run Bridge, Franklin Township, Somerset County; North Brunswick, Middlesex County, NJ (Project Engineer: 2/2008 – 6/2012)
Assigned as a Project Engineer for right of way design, drainage design, scour design, NJDEP Flood Hazard and Freshwater Wetland Permits, Green Acres Application, and SHPO coordination for this bridge replacement project.
Chesterfield County Department of Transportation / Virginia Department of Transportation, Route 10 (I-95 to Ware Bottom Springs Road) Bond Project, City of Chester, Chesterfield County, VA (Project Engineer: 2/2008 – 6/2011)
Assigned as a Project Engineer for development of the proposed drainage and roadway design of this $20 mill. roadway widening and bridge replacement project. Work included the H&H design of drainage systems, ditch and outfall protection, an extended detention basin and a culvert extension. Developed project quantities and cost estimate. Provided engineering support during construction.
NYS Department of Transportation, 94th Street / Grand Central Parkway (GCP) / LaGuardia Airport Interchange Improvements and Corridor Study, Queens County, NY (Project Engineer: 7/2009 – 4/2012)
Assigned as a Project Engineer for the hydraulic grade line analysis of the existing and proposed drainage systems. Provided hydrologic and hydraulic design support for the 19 drainage systems for this widening project in the vicinity of 94th Street. StormCad was used in the HGL analysis. Provided engineering support during construction.
New Jersey Department of Transportation, Route 30 Cooper River Drainage Improvements, City of Camden, Camden County, NJ (Project Engineer: 2000 - 2007)
Assigned as a Project Engineer assisting with development of the proposed drainage pipe and basin routing design during the completion of the feasibility assessment. Developed preliminary and final ROW plans, as well as prepared all parcel descriptions. As part of the project, performed a flood assessment which detailed flood recurrence intervals from 18 years of tide, lunar, and rainfall data. Prepared the preliminary design text submission and was responsible for the preparation of jurisdiction limit maps in addition to the development of jurisdiction agreements. Programs such as StormCad, Pond-2, and HEC-RAS were used over the course of the project.
