Specifically tasked with improving material and information flow in order to decrease cycle times within multiple processes and in turn decreasing overall lead time. Improved the garage layout in order to streamline process. With proposed solution, overall lead time was reduced by 10% and sections with bottleneck, extra man power was allocated.
