Project Intern
• Developed mechanical test fixture using SolidWorks. Fixture was used to determine linear force output of stepper motors for an environmental remediation control carburetor to ensure operation in a vacuum and ensure acceptable performance in various environmental conditions.
• Designed two Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI) Printed Circuit Board (PCB) enclosures using SolidWorks. Provided mechanical documentation and procedures for machining and assembly. Enclosures to be installed on Virgin Galactic White Knight and Boeing KC-46.
• Assembled electrical tester for Missile Flight Control PCB while providing assembly procedure, detailing steps for assembly of additional tester.
• Assisted in EMI Testing of Hose Reel Controller to meet FAA requirements for flight.
