April 2009 – Present T-Solutions Inc.
Port Engineer
- Head of assigned vessel’s maintenance team consting of ship’s representative, project manager, multiple ship building specialists, contracts officer, project engineer, planning yard design representative, and ship superintendent.
- Currently assigned to USS Harpers Ferry (LSD 49) developing and executing a maintenance plan and providing technical leadership and coordination. The USS Harpers Ferry is a 610 ft, 16,600 ton ship powered by four 16-cylinder 17,000 hp diesel engines, capable of carrying and deploying a US Marine battalion.
- Planned and executed an 18-month dry-docking project with the USS Harpers Ferry (LSD 49) comprising over $130 million in repairs and upgrades.
- Planned and executed a 4-month, $20 million project of repairs to USS Germantown (LSD 42) prior to her deployment to relieve a sister ship, the USS Harpers Ferry (LSD 49) forward deployed in 7th fleet.
- Planned a 3 month $30 million dry-docking project for the USS Sentry (MCM 3). The USS Sentry is a MCM (Mine Countermeasure). A 224 ft, 1,390 ton ship designed to be non-magnetic for use detecting and eliminating mines.
- Planned and executed a 3-month, $30 million dry-docking project with the USS Devastator (MCM 6). This is a sister ship of the USS Sentry (MCM 3). This was the first successful MCM dry-docking in San Diego.

1st Assistant Engineer
- Responsible for overall maintenance and upkeep of all machinery aboard M/V Transpacific. The Transpacific is a T-1 petroleum product tanker. A 356 ft, 7,500 ton ship powered by a 2,000 hp high-speed diesel, and moves petroleum products intra-theater between Japan, Korea, and the Marshall Islands.
- Designing and Implement a preventive maintenance program for the vessel
- Oversee Team of 3 engineers to maintain the ship operational status.
- Executed emergency repairs underway, notably troubleshooting and repairing auxiliary boiler control systems, switchboard PLCs and logic issues between the bridge and engineroom controls.
- Completed teardowns of the main engines and troubleshot the main engine saltwater cooling system in port.
- Managed parts inventories and co-ordinate with shore side facilities for heavy repairs, and technical representatives.

- Responsible for overall maintenance and upkeep of two engine rooms aboard USNS Rainier (TAOE-7). The Rainier is a 754 ft, 49,600-ton ship powered by four 26,000 hp gas turbine engines, capable of refueling and supplying ships at sea....
