individual. I pride myself on being an innovative, hands-on and energy focused. My designs implement product
knowledge of high efficiency equipment to meet the requirements of LEEDap Certified projects and the City of Chicago Building Code, with owner valued V/E constructability. I am physically able to verify existing conditions of the project’s architecture and MEP/FP systems as they relate to the project’s requirements in remodels and retrofits. Working with the companies Design / Build construction standards prepare Auto Cad documents for pricing and installation. During the construction phase, I professionally attend the AOR meetings with a working
MEP/FP knowledge answer questions in laymen’s terms. In turn document these meeting minutes. Along with documenting prepare FOR’s to document MEP/FP installations prior to their inspections. Post construction phase complete MEP/FP Punch Lists, As-Built drawings and prepare LEEDap Certified Commissioning Reports.
