Experience April 2014-May 2015: AMC Consulting Engineers,Construction Inspector/DesignEngineer,
CALTRANS Construction inspector for 13 mile, State Highway 99, six lane widening and
improvement project from Kingsburg CA to Goshen CA. Inspection experience includes
HMA pavement placement, HMA grinding, LCB (Lean Base Concrete) and JPCP (Jointed
Plane Concrete Pavement) placement, safety striping, MUTCD signage, aggregate sub
base, base compaction and grade, guard rail removal and replacement. Perform HMA,
Tack, curing compound and Aggregate base sampling per CT 125, tie-bar, dowel bar and
rebar basket inspection. Responsibilities include CALTRANS diaries, T101 ticket, material
quantities, density core calculations, coordinate lane closures with Traffic Management
Control (TMC) per CALTRANS Standard T-10, and Highway Patrol COZEEP sign in and
coordination, and traffic accident reports.

July 2012-Jan 2014: Trinity Engineering Laboratories, Inc., HMA Inspector/ Engineering
Technician, Perform HMA, concrete, soils and aggregate materials testing per CALTRANS,
AASHTO and ASTM standards. Completed Caltrans certificate of proficiency for a qualified
tester in HMA ,soils and aggregates (certificates available upon request), and ATI Portable
Nuclear Density/Moisture Gauge Use and Safety Training. Performed HMA plant, and
paving QA/QC inspections, density and data coring, and profilographing per CALTRANS
