Coordinated molding and assembly of component parts used in prototype production of a blood control valve used for multiple IV accesses.
Developed ultrasonic welding parameters to create a hermetic seal around a blood control valve and weld prototype parts.
Prescribed protocol testing for flow, leak and burst of blood control valves.
