- Spearheaded New Product Introduction and Development (NPI, NPD) for one of the lightest folding bicycles ever (15 lbs), guiding it through its entire lifecycle, from initial concept to prototype to finished product (cradle to grave)
- Focused on weight optimization and successfully developed a novel aluminum sheet metal chassis design that allowed the frame to be ultralight (1.5 lbs, vs 3 lb-conventional frames), yet preserving its structural performance
- Designed 2-D and 3-D CAD models, assemblies and drawings in accordance with GD&T principles, in addition to detailed FEA, structural and thermal analysis, to ensure form, fit and function at the component and system level
- Interfaced and collaborated with multi-disciplinary team of machinists, marketer, manufacturers and vendors to ascertain manufacturing, assembly, and service feasibility, in addition to transitioning from prototyping to low and medium volume manufacturing
