The 2nd largest construction company in Medias, Romania, with multiple construction projects throughout the country and different parts of Europe.
• I was responsible for managing the end-to-end production process including, but not limited to human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis.

• Project #1: name: School campus, location: Sangiorgiu de Padure, Romania, client: City Hall, value: EUR 8 million, I was responsible for managing end-to-end production process, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow.
• I managed over 60 workers, 3 subcontractors, and was responsible for division of labor, settling employee disputes, ensuring quality and successful delivery.
• Project #2: name: Apartment complex, location: Medias, Romania, I was responsible for managing production process, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow.
• Project #3: name: Real/Baumax/Promenada (comercial park), I was responsible for managing the production process of interior projects.
