•Identified poor performance of a Tyco fire suppression chemical in water enhanced with 150 parts per million of calcium, resulting in proposed changes to the product formula
•Detected an error in a foam expansion testing procedure, and worked with other chemists and engineers to correct the process
•Performed small scale extinguishment tests on various fire suppression chemicals and eliminated failed competitor products, validating Tyco’s standard of producing high quality firefighting agents
