Primary responsibilities include: Source and First Article Inspections to ensure product compliance, Hardware Acceptance Reviews to verify Tier 2 product integrity, Product & Process Verification audits including In-Process and Government Mandatory Inspection Points, quality surveys validating Quality Management Systems, property audits of Raytheon and Government furnished equipment, Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to identify and mitigate risks, evaluation and validation of Root Cause and Corrective Actions (RCCA), and Supplier Metric Reviews to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Additional support responsibilities include: Total Business and Supplier Capability Assessments for Source Selection input, Critical Design Reviews to identify key product and process control characteristics, Pre-Award Reviews to verify that quality expectations can be met, Post Award Reviews to communicate product quality requirements, and Production Readiness Reviews to assess Quality Control processes.
