Assisted customers with technical questions related to products and their applications. Subject Matter Expert on site to coordinate with FSE’s to maintain highest tool availability, and provide solutions to quickly resolve hardware issues. Collaborated with Rudolph Engineers and customer Equipment Owners/Technicians to modify tool, maintain tool repeatability and white paper requirements. • Ensured tool repeatability and quality by performing tool matching to maintain targeting of customer monitor wafers and collaborated with customer on revising SPC and round-robin data to adjust targeting
