Prepare, edit, review, revise and submit Standard Permits, Barnett Shale Standard Permits, Permits by Rule (PBR) and MSS (Maintenance, Startup and Shutdown) for oil and gas facilities in the Barnett Shale and Eagle Ford Shale plays. All permits are air-quality related. Facilities are located in Cooke, Hood, Tarrant (Barnett) and McMullen, LaSalle and Live Oak (Eagle Ford) Counties.
