Designed, developed and implemented Proactive Quality (APQP/PPAP) processes.

Developed RCCA Training Matrix to track training across the enterprise and to use for customer audits.
Trained over 300 North American Bell employees and several Bell suppliers on RCCA methodology and related Six Sigma Tools.
Coordinated and led APQP Projects across Bell enterprise – including manufacturing and supply chain.
Coordinated Executive Leadership Team (ELT) for their strategic briefings for their Goal Development Processes (GDP) monthly Review. Worked with ELT and their staff compiling performance GDP Report Out Process.
