- Computer Science Lab Administrator at Walla Walla University.
Installing and maintaining computers and servers for a small computer lab for the Computer Science department. Quickly responded to emergencies and fixed them.
- Web Developer at Daystrom Technologies, Inc.
Developed the backend for a presentation website. Worked with a web designer to integrate front-end and back-end in a pleasing and intuitive way.
- Web Developer at Walla Walla University.
Designed and maintained the main Walla Walla University website. Projects included custom web applications, content management systems, and updating old code.
- Resident Assistant at Milo Adventist Academy. Help the dean keep the boys' dorm clean and quiet. Mentoring students. Taking appropriate action with problem students. Helped take care of visitors.
- Software Engineering Intern at Lucidyne Technologies, Inc.
Worked with other engineers to provide custom tools and libraries to help them with their work. Most of the programs I wrote are still in use.
Volunteer:
- Exhibit Technical Lead at Fort Walla Walla Museum.
I was asked to help retrofit one of their exhibits with better electronics. This particular exhibit used two buttons to play two tracks, respectively. My implementation used an Arduino to handle button IO and a cape sitting on the Arduino to handle audio playback. The museum curator was pleased with the results.
