Programmable Logic Controller QA Test Technician

• Developed tests, programmed, tested, troubleshot, repaired, cleaned and quality tested orders for end user and reseller customers.
• Maintained strict order count and dollar invoice minimum in a very fast-paced environment of 10 orders daily, $350 hourly and $85,000 monthly with a 0.8% warranty rate on New In Box, New No Box and Remanufactured units ordered by customers online, through e-bay or through a Radwell sales representative.
• Used PLC Track and Spectrum to order parts, document developed testing into an SOP, update order statuses for the customer and document the work performed.
• Tested surplus units and used Reman software to document units stored in the warehouse.
• Troubleshot down to the component level using a Digital Multi Meter, Oscilloscope, X-ray and other various testing equipment often requiring removal and replacement by soldering micro integrated circuits, open traces, transistors, relays, opto's, transient suppressors, fuses, capacitors, inductors, diodes, transformers, resistors, varistors and other electronic devices.
