- Imaged 600 desktops and laptops to corporate standards using KACE K1000.
- Rewrote Documentation processes regarding imaging and deployment for desktop and laptops.
- Refreshed 50 laptops used for vehicle diagnostics and scheduled technicians for on-site repairs.
- Supported Onvicord call-recording software for the legal department.
- Maintained software profiles for 2000 desktop and laptop computers using MySQL database queries, and KACE K2000.
- Migrated 2000 user profiles from Windows 2003 forest to Windows 2008 R2 Forest using - User State Migration Toolkit (USMT) as well as migrating and updating user software profiles.
