•Monitored and assured the functioning of CNC machines on the brake disc manufacturing plant through daily time studies and tool check ups.
•Helped the plant manager implement the concepts behind the 5S system and Kaizen in the company and its daily routines.
•Worked on some introductory CAD designs for brake discs.
•Conducted Research on the Toyota Production System and its implementation at Mercedes.

•Assigned as an engineering consultant with the aim of investigating and recommending options to minimize the cost of international freight to Germany, Mexico and Japan.
•Researched alternative packaging material for the companies’ products in attempt to reduce the percentage of damaged goods occurring in the process of transoceanic freight.
