Produced online help for Avectra's two main products; netFORUM and netFORUM Pro. Managed several key projects. Developed solutions that increased staff efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Achievements:
• Developed a system used to streamline the review process for Avectra documentation. This resulted in considerable time savings and the ability to easily meet our release deadline.
• Managed a conversion project that moved our online help off of the wiki and into Flare. This resulted in much more robust search ability for our users and increased customer satisfaction.
• Implemented a document management system to work with RoboHelp to allow multiple authors to work on the same project at one time. This maximized efficiency and enabled new release documentation to be released with each build.

• Revamped the training program for this client to better meet demand and suit their needs. This resulted in higher employee engagement with Adobe’s analytics tools
• Managed the enterprise wide training program for Adobe’s largest Web analytics client. This allowed AOL to track those users who had completed training and identify gaps in knowledge within their staff.
• Designed and developed new training manuals used for both the online and classroom versions of the SiteCatalyst and Discover courses. The manuals provided a resource the employees could use once they returned to their desks. This resulted in a reduction in the amount of support call/requests we received on the products.
