EXPERIENCE Responsible for scoping the annual sanitary rehabilitation projects throughout the City and County of Denver’s sanitary sewer system. Includes determining sanitary pipes to be rehabilitated or replaced, creating construction plans and bid documents. Project Management and design of large diameter storm and sanitary capital projects. Projects include coordination with Denver Water, Xcel Energy, RTD-Fastracks, CDOT, UPRR, BNSF, Private Property owners and various Fiber Optics and telecommunication companies.

Responsible for the design of commercial sites, single family and multi family subdivisions, including grading, utility, drainage, water quality and detention pond design. Design/retrofit of regional detention pond in Arapahoe County. Provide technical assistance and guidance to EIT’s in the office. Review construction plans and coordinate with sub-consultants to obtain construction plan approval from city and county agencies and utility districts. Coordinate construction stakeout and attend weekly onsite construction meetings with the developer and contractors.

Designed the storm drainage system and detention/water quality pond and site grading for the RTD Elati Maintenance Facility. Steele Elementary Addition (DPS) parking lot grading and drainage design. Multi family site design which included drainage, site grading and utility design.
