Currently part of a program estimated in excess of $350 million dollars which includes a
wide variety of civil infrastructure projects focusing on replacement of the aging utility
systems of a Central Florida community. Over 150 projects including conveyance, water and wastewater plant rehabilitation, new plant and roadway construction.
Capability to manage multiple mid-sized to large construction projects of average to above average complexity. Act as the Owner's Designated Representative for a large CIP program.
Acts as one of the company's prime contacts with the client and is responsible for overall
construction work progress and technical performance on the project.
Leads and manages the construction project team through site mobilization, execution, and demobilization activities, consistent with established project delivery processes to ensure the orderly, efficient, and timely completion of the project scope in accordance with requirements specified in the contract documents.
Involved in all Construction Management duties - Pre-Design, Design, Procurement,
Construction, Post Construction. Daily document control and field services provided.

Provided construction administration and resident engineering
inspection services of wet process and solid stream facilities from December 2005 to
January 2008. Duties include resident engineering inspections, conducting construction
meetings with Contractor and Owner, review and approval of equipment shop drawings and
O&M manuals, answering RFI's, processed and approved Contractor monthly payment
applications, processed Contractor's change order proposals, general construction site
management, and daily coordination with the Contractor and City's Project Manager. The
design uses the master planned modular WRF process, and includes influent pump stations,
inclined screens, grit chambers, biological nutrient removal using the Kruger bio-denitro
oxidation ditch system, secondary clarifiers, disk filter effluent filtration system, solids
thickening and dewatering centrifuges, and an aerobic sludge digester treatment system.
Total design and construction project cost of $100M.
27.0 MGD Water Treatment Facility Project (Mohawk Valley Water Authority - O'Brien &
Gear) City of Utica New York
Certified Plant Operator: Involved in the daily construction of a new water treatment plant from the client side. The new treatment plant was the very first treatment plant for this
municipality. Work with engineering firm O'Brien & Gear during start up and commissioning.
Project Cost $20M.

provided planning, design, and construction management services for municipal clients since its founding in 1933. They are the largest firm in the United States that is dedicated
solely to water and wastewater treatment.
Management of multiple projects in volume of $25M to $100M, responsible for overall
leadership of on-site construction management activities.
Direct and supervise all field activities and staff, office engineering, inspection, materials
testing, field contract administration.
Act as liaison with Consultants, design professionals, operations personnel, and regulatory
agencies.
Construction management of public works infrastructure, including municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities, pipelines and pump stations.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, quality assurance and control.
Lead progress meetings, Owner meetings and document such minutes.

Utility Management, Supervisor: Supervises crews engaged in laying and installation of high
pressure water mains, valves, hydrants, meters, backflow preventions, pumps and related
services. Supervise major road construction repairs consisting of replacing concrete and paved roads on NYS DOT Highways.
Water Resources, Registered Operator: Maintain purification facilities. Install and repair
pumps, instrumental gauges, and chemical treatment motors. Monitor water quality,
performs tests, prepare and submit reports as required. Maintain 27MGD treatment plant.
