Providing day to day scheduling and management of manufacturing orders while ensuring constant and lean supply of electronic commodities for production.

- Maintained inventory levels by collaborating with suppliers and analyzing
material plan, overall inventory increased by only 150% while production TVC
increased by 398%
- Utilized lean manufacturing tools to prevent stock-outs resulting in stable
number of stock-outs over one year period when quantity of goods shipped out
increased by 368%

- Production Planning and Scheduling
- Scheduled production of orders to minimize excess change over time and late
