Lead a team of engineers, technicians and inspectors that assessed processes and equipment for quality improvement projects. Worked with customer related issues and fielded all technical questions from the end user concerning the uses of wire and cable products. Coordinated with sales, production and engineering on resolving product defects and improving processes to eliminate defects. Assessed customer requirements and ensured that they were met. Worked with operating staff to establish procedures, standards and systems.
• New product launch of extension cords and injection molded products. Did costing analysis, plant equipment layouts and developed quality procedures for each process.

• Managed a six million dollar production line expansion capital project, which included doing costing analysis, budgetary numbers, equipment quotes, equipment layout drawings, process flow analysis, negotiations of equipment prices, planning and supervision of several contractors.
