PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Draper Laboratory Fellow, September 2013 – present
•Conducted research for M.S. thesis: A Layered Approach to Artifact Rejection in Neural Stimulation and Recording.
•Designed stimulation and recording printed circuit board (PCB) for DARPA TRANSFORM DBS project.
•Created test set up for neural stimulation and recording.
•Tested circuitry in vivo at Mass General Hospital in mice and non-human primates.
Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Cambridge, MA, May 2012- August 31, 2013
•Electronics intern, worked on multiplexer PCB for neural stimulation project.
•Developed MATLAB code to control various test equipment via GPIB.
•Programmed a MSP430 microcontroller to generate signals to control a multiplexer used for neural stimulation.
•Tested the multiplexer, using the MSP430, a neural stimulator, and other lab equipment.
•Redesigned the multiplexer PCB layout to minimize the board real estate.
•Researched new and smaller components to use on minimized PCB layout.
•Utilized a PCB design tool to layout the new board.
Smith & Nephew Endoscopy, Mansfield, MA, May 2011-March 2012
