• Co-facilitated a Value Analysis/Value Engineering workshop at a partner site to reduce
cost and improve functionality of an existing product.
• Created databases to track productivity on various product lines and record issues,
scrap, cycle time, and other information.
• Led Gage R&R (repeatability and reproducibility) tests to validate test benches for the
launch of the new G1 Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus.
• Designed and created a 3D model of a work cell layout for the repair and service of the
new G1 Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus.
• Co-facilitated Value Stream Mapping events to improve processes in sales, supply
chain, international flow, and various manufacturing product lines.
