2006 – Senior Project Manager – Recognized for superior client service and leadership. Despite difficult economic times, opportunities to lead on major water and wastewater engineering projects for several clients continue to grow. These include Okaloosa County Water and Sewer; Navarre Beach Utilities; City of Panama City FL; Pace Water System; City of Milton FL; Benteler Automotive AL; Arclin USA AL; Spartanburg Water SC; Meadwestvaco; City of Covington VA; Greensville County Water and Sewer Authority VA; Sussex County Service Authority VA.
2006 – President Holley by the Sea Board of Directors – Holley by the Sea is the largest homeowners association in the State of Florida with over 4,700 properties and 10,000 members. This was a volunteer position responsible for a 40 acre recreation facility, a staff of 14 people and an annual budget over $1.7 Million. http://www.holleybythesea.org/
2000- Project Manager – Represents the achievement of a primary goal, to be a recognized leader in the water business. Managed projects for five major municipal clients with project values up to $34 million. Grew the business from $500K per year to over $2 million per year with gross margins over 51% year over year. This included successfully managing a major regional wastewater program requiring and securing approvals from the Secretary of the United States Air Force, twice. This was a major effort that required vision, leadership and determination.
1995- NPDES Engineer – Became increasingly interested in water resource management, completed several graduate level courses in environmental engineering and along with independent studies secured a position as the Lead Engineer for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Northwest District Office responsible for the successful implementation of the EPA’s NPDES Program for the Florida Panhandle.
1993- DBS Engineer – Promoted to Lead Engineer for the Division of Beaches and Shores responsible for all beach nourishment, inlet and navigation projects as they relate to Florida’s beaches for the entire State.
1986- Area Engineer – State of Florida Coastal Construction Program for Brevard, Indian River and St Lucie Counties, responsible for regulating construction along 75 miles of Florida’s East Coast
1984 -Project Manager – Professional Service Industries, leading up to 21 Inspectors performing construction testing and inspection services.

Serving as the firm’s lead wastewater treatment facility consultant. Responsible for providing leadership to a group of young design engineers. Managing the preparation of engineering designs for water and wastewater facilities, including the Black Swamp WWTF, Sussex County, Three Creek WWTF, Greenesville County, VDOC Bland WWTF, Louisa County Water and Sewer Reclaimed Water Forcemain Dechlorination and Re-aeration Facilities and the Jefferson National Laboratory UPW Reclaimed Water System. Also, managing the preparation of a Water and Sewer Master Plan for Petersburg City, Virginia.
