I am a graduating senior from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial, Manufacturing, and Systems Engineering. In the course of my professional and scholastic work I have focused on applying lean practices, identifying constraints, improving processes and flow to manufacturing, logistics, and supply processes.
Adding to my academic achievements of Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science, Master of Business Administration, and Cum Laude honors in Industrial Engineering, are my over 10 years of boots on the ground experience working with logistics, manufacturing, and production systems.
Received Secret Security Clearance in August 2008.

* Quality control for layup, autoclave, and trim of individual airplane parts.
* Determining root cause for quality issues and engineering new systems designed to eliminate defects.

* Set up accountability SOP for airplane parts.
* Implemented 6S for assembly area of E2D Advanced Hawkeye.
* Tracked the movement of parts from creation of shop order to finished part to improve movement flow.
Achievements
* Replaced push system with just-in-time “Kanban” pull system for manufacturing airplane parts.
* Planned, coordinated, and facilitated the move of the E2D Advanced Hawkeye airplane assembly area.
* Designed and implemented production control system that reduced lost shop orders and eliminated the needless movement of labor.

Project Scope
* Management is seeking to consolidate two warehouse locations into one at the end of their current lease.
* Project is responsible for determining the minimum requirements for this consolidated location, a cost/benefit analysis of the move, and designing the new office layout.
* The project will culminate in creating a balanced score card to help management determine the best location for when the consolidation is executed.
