Currently working with Costanza Builders’ project management team to assist in the construction of a 15-building graduate housing project This project includes ten townhomes, four apartment buildings and a multi-level parking garage on Princeton University’s Campus.
My Responsibilities Include
• Review and prepare construction submittals for architect/engineer approval as well as managing the submittal log using Prolog Management.
• Prepare and submit RFI (Request for Information) and RFA (Request for Action) to respective architect/engineer, as well as coordinating the response with the proper subcontractor using Prolog Management software
• Prepare takeoffs for necessary project materials from architectural plans to prepare for order and construction.
• Assist subcontractor with issues that may arise with field conditions and the construction plans
• Assist with the procurement of necessary materials and coordinating their timely delivery to the site throughout the time of the project
• Ensure that materials and equipment are released for fabrication or manufacture in time to meet the construction schedule.
• Manage the distribution of the project drawings and drawing changes as they became available.
