ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECTS
 Phase I Environmental Assessment, CVS Pharmacy, Newport, TN - Mr. Cummings served as the project assessor responsible for site inspection, document research and co-authoring of assessment under the direction of a registered professional.
 Phase I Environmental Assessment, Office Building, Maynardville, TN - Mr. Cummings served as the project assessor responsible for site inspection, document research and co-authoring of assessment under the direction of a registered professional.
 Dye Testing Drain Lines, Oak Ridge National Laboratory - Responsible for performing dye tests of process, storm, and sanitary sewer drain lines, then completing record drawings.
 Operation and Maintenance Services, Pump and Treat System - On behalf of a confidential client, Mr. Cummings provided monitoring and maintenance for a twelve well groundwater treatment system. Responsibilities included sample collection, installation of sample ports, system cleaning (descaling), depth/level measurements, and minor plumbing repairs for the aeration-type treatment system.
 Environmental Assessment, Phase II, Chemical Industrial Client - Responsible for oversight of drilling operations. Included in the project was response to a hazardous waste spill while on site. Required to take samples of suspected hazardous materials, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and document field work. Mr. Cummings was co-author of the assessment report for submission to State Regulatory Agencies.
 Environmental Assessment, Phase II, Automotive Industrial Client - Responsible for auger drilling and sampling, as well as oversight of drill rig operations. Required to take samples of suspected hazardous materials, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and document field work. Mr. Cummings was co-author of the assessment report for submission to State Regulatory Agencies.
LAND DEVELOPMENT
 Brickey-McCloud Elementary School Outdoor Classroom and Stormwater Mitigation Area, Hallsdale-Powell Utility District - design, bidding, construction contract administration, and part-time resident project representative services for the following elements of this project:
• clearing, erosion and sediment control structures
• NPDES monitoring requirements
• excavation of existing fill
• storm water wetlands
• drainage structures and grading
• coordination with geotechnical consultant hired by Contractor

Change orders from this project included additional design, contract administration, and part-time resident project representative services for a covered steel pavilion and raised garden beds. Services to acquire State Revolving Fund financial support for this project were also provided.
 Copeland View, Unit-3; residential subdivision - Design of storm water system; sewer design (pump station).
 Maitland Woods, Phases 1 and 2 – a development by Saddlebrook, Inc.; residential subdivision - Design of storm water system; water (booster station); and sewer design.
 Beacon Park – large proposed development by Schaad Properties; Large, lakefront subdivision located on Chandler Road - Design of storm water system; water and sewer design (e-one system and two pump stations).
 Weigel’s Farm Stores (multiple locations) – locally owned gas station and convenience stores - Design of storm water system; water and sewer utilities.
 Avalon Community (worked on last 2 units) – Combined single-family residential/attached residential/golf course community in Loudon County (400 acres) - Design of storm water system; developed SWPPP, and ESCP for the sites; water and sewer design.
 Advance Auto Parts (multiple locations) - Design of storm water system; water and sewer utilities; developed SWPPP; and ESCP for the sites.

WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS
 Various Hydraulic Modeling Projects - Mr. Cummings has worked in water system modeling using PIPE 2000 and WATERCAD. Mr. Cummings has developed computer models for water systems including the City of Alcoa, Dixie Lee Utility District, Lenoir City Utilities Board, City of Morristown, North East Knox Utility District, Cumberland Utility District, and the Town of Mountain City. Mr. Cummings has modeled several smaller systems for residential and commercial developments.
 Martin Mill Pike Water Line Project, Knox Chapman Utility District, Tennessee - Designer responsible for field survey, hydraulic analysis, and layout of 10,000 feet of 8-inch diameter water line.
 Fox Hunter's Road Water Distribution Project, City of Maynardville, Tennessee - Surveyor and designer responsible for layout of 3.5 miles of waterline, and design of grading and drainage for 75,000 gallon elevated water tank and booster station.
 Worked on the preliminary design and creating CAD drawings of water systems, wastewater systems, and site layout, including creating layouts, profiles, detail sheets, and record drawings.
