Included semester project where reactors were used to test light tube behavior in algae growth for alternative fuel sources
• Reinforced Concrete Design- Analysis and design of reinforced concrete beams, columns and slabs
• Transportation Engineering- Planning of urban and rural transportation systems, analysis of highway capacity and alignments, design of horizontal and road and highway alignments. Included semester project where a local intersection was studied and redesigned for better flow using HCM software
• Geotechnical Engineering- Fundamentals of soil behavior, subsurface exploration, stress in soils, flownets, soil characteristics
• Water Resources Engineering- Fundamentals of fluid mechanics, hydrology, groundwater, open-channel flow, river engineering flood requency and control

• Basic military training honor graduate – top 1% of graduating class
• Achieved CompTIA A+ computer certification in 2011
• Recognized for providing outstanding customer support during a CUI inspection of Westover Air Reserve Base by Brigadier General Mooney
