Objectives
Hard work and the satisfaction of success are great motivators to my work and nothing is more rewarding than the feeling of a job well done. This is truly the case if one can take a group of people and pull them together into a team.
I also enjoy the positions of responsibility that I have found myself in during my life. Responsibility has two sides- it requires that one has to lead by example and demonstrate to others the way things should be done, but it also means that you must take ownership of a situation and be accountable for the outcome.
I am driven in my work by the understanding that any task could be done better. Both in efficiency and safety. To that extent I like to step back and see the job from an outside point of view and ask what we are trying to achieve and why we are doing it.
