· Developed tools to automate and standardize reports across the shipyard and used waterfall process to monitor and modify tools when necessary
· Forecast progress to ensure completion to achieve Milestones and creat plans for schedule recovery
· Assist in directing and executing quarterly review process in which business requirements, goals, and incentives are defined
· Instrumental in preparing LHA program to meet EVMS requirements for defense contracts
