- Responsible for managing international product developments from concept generation to commercialization and launch. Coordinated cross-functional team to manage technology, product, and market development. Developed and drove detailed
timelines to meet aggressive business targets.
- Optimized manufacturing process that allowed for 100% increase of production of fabrics to be utilized in the construction of flame resistant soft wall shelters for Special Operation Forces by reconfiguring process manufacturing steps. With limited information, figured out what factor would impact improvement most easily and quickly.
- Secured contract worth $18 million with U.S. military to sell product for Special Forces use. Acted as a liaison between technology and marketing professionals. Exercised ability to translate technology into practical demonstration of benefit of use of product. Documented how environment impacted chemical protection performance.
- Developed laboratory methods that simulate garment-wear effectively. Led field trial involving 80 people for lab testing using prototype garments. Model developed reduced time and resources needed for future field trials.

- Developed polymeric formulations to improve anti-corrosive properties of coatings used in automotive and structural applications. Responsible for the qualification process of experimental products following standards developed by major automotive companies. Worked closely with Manufacturing to upscale experimental products to production.
- Developed two test methods for the evaluation of primer and coatings for trucks and structures. In addition to replacement costs,
new testing methods eliminated 15% return rate monthly. Methods were adopted in the U.S. Midwest region for the evaluation
of material service life and quality control. Methods saved at least $1.2 million per month.
- Worked with an international team of technologists to implement a newly developed anti-corrosive automotive primer to three automotive plants nationwide for Honda, Kia, and Ford. Acted as a technical associate sold $60 million per year through that relationship.
- Worked with corporate chemists to develop primer and paint coatings for international sale to reduce cost of production to better quality of both coating application and coating performance. Reduced cost to produce by 20% through coating and significantly improved composition of coating.
