• Developed a new lab test to predict real-world raw material performance at a high degree of accuracy (>90% R2) which was used to rule out several failure modes during the troubleshooting of production issues.
• Defined Seneca plant production baselines using data mining techniques to support the design of a new 60m € BASF plant in Germany making the same product.
• Verified the root cause of a near miss exothermic reaction using physical testing in the lab as well as root cause analysis techniques.
