• Duties included initial scoping, design, design reviews, and construction inspection, oversight and administration of new construction and renovation projects.
• Responsible for scheduling and executing utility outages affecting statewide computer/communication systems and fish hatchery operations. Delivered the completion of utility outages prior to every deadline.
• Worked closely with the EPA to establish complex procedures and infrastructure for proper handling, storage, and disposal of lab waste associated with animal testing and research. Waste stream from the necropsy lab included waste associated with Chronic Wasting Disease and Avian Flu.
