Resurfacing of SR 281 (Avalon Blvd.) from Garcon Pointe Bridge to South of SR 8 (I-10) in Santa Rosa County, Florida: Financial Project ID 42697215201: Field responsibilities included coordination with Toll Plaza Authorities, locating cores, monitoring milling and asphalt operations and ensuring the contractors’ work complied with FDOT Standard Specifications for Roadway and Bridge Construction. Monitored the total travel time through the construction site and made adjustments to the Maintenance of Traffic Plan. Office responsibilities include assembling asphalt lot packages, scanning documents to EDMS and entering samples into LIMS.
Resurfacing of SR 289 (9th Avenue) from SR 10A (US 90 / Cervantes Street) to SR 742 (Creighton Road) in Escambia County, Florida: Financial Project ID 42693415201: Monitored milling and paving operations. Responsibilities included verifying quantities and measurements to guarantee the FDOT a quality product. Identified, photographed and documented damaged utilities, during milling operations for repairs. Ensured the Maintenance of Traffic Plan was implemented correctly.
