o Lead the Project Engineering team as Capital Projects Manager while implementation of Remediation Capital Plan for Humacao Site. Remediation Capital Plan included Compressed Air System, Water Boilers, USP Water System and Air Handling Units replacement for GMP Facility $30MM.
o Lead the Manufacturing Areas Upgrade $6.9MM, in charge of design, qualification of Facilities/Air Handling Units, Budget and Schedule. Including equipment selection, contracts management and bid process.
o Chocolate Manufacturing room upgrade construction and project management, including qualification activities for facility and air handling units, schedule and budget control. Project investment of $1.4MM
• Provide support and guidance as facilities and utilities engineer 2006-2010; participating in building design, and construction, including equipment selection, installation, commissioning/qualification of Air Cooled Chillers/Steam Boilers/Air Handling Units/Air Compressors for a packaging, warehouse and offices building expansion. Project investment of $60MM.
o Managed USP Purified Water System Design & Installation $1.5MM, including qualification process.
o Completed new packaging room GMP project, including qualification activities for facility, compressed air and air handling/condensing units. Project investment of $1.4MM.
o Lead Siemens Building Management System Installation $400K, including Computer System Validation Process.
• Implemented Energy consumption reduction projects implementation generating over $300k savings from 2009 to 2012
