• Assisted in the application and testing of GaN (Gallium-Nitride) Transistors developed by HRL Laboratories’ MEL (Microelectronics Lab) for use in next generation semiconductor technologies. Worked in testing a Battery Charger using GaN transistors in cooperation with General Motors (GM) and Virginia Tech University. Also helped develop a Boost Converter using GaN to achieve 95 % efficiency in voltage amplification.
