- Performed statistical studies of impact strength testing for blown polyethylene films using probit analysis and logarithmic regression modeling in JMP and Minitab to further develop and characterize the advantages of the Super-Hexene product line.
- Interfaced with manufacturing to investigate premature degradation in medical-grade Tyvek resin. Implemented a sampling plan with limited analytical resources, and analyzed sample data with JMP to determine the relevant process variables that led to degradation. Solution presented to upper-management.

Chemical Process Engineering Co-Op III, Olefins Unit, May 2013 – August 2013 (4 months)
- Specified and designed 3 heat exchangers and their relevant piping systems that increased ethylene production by 15 million pounds annually with a 15-pound pressure drop reduction across the system. Resulted in $6 million additional annual profit from increased production or savings in refrigeration and heating costs.
- Worked with senior engineers to revise and complete various system operating procedures to improve organization, safety, product quality, and reliability.
