for quicker emergency response time when press conditions exceeded allowed
parameters.
• Created automated charting for important injection parameters allowing
process engineers to quickly diagnose and correct issues causing scrap parts,
resulting in over $100,000/year savings.
• Designed and implemented an injection parameter tracking and logging system
for systems using a mechanical measuring arm and an Arduino microcontroller.
