I was contracted to preform service modifications to Metro-North trains
in their New Haven rail yard.
The modifications can be broken into two parts.
The first part involved mechanical modification to the main power controller enclosure.
The second required the addition of a PCB and sensor to the main power controller.
Line voltages often exceed 20kV.

QC and logistics of final product, component level failure mode isolation, and interfacing directly with the program manager.
Worked closely with engineering department to make sure all components were to ISO 9000 and ITAR standards.
Performed quality inspection of PCB from factory to production lines using
hi-pot tester and ATE (HP3070).
