Troubleshooting and aiding in the design of a CoDeSys system, programming the board, and writing the Quick-start guide. This requires structured text, function block diagramming, and ladder logic programming.

SURF – Support for Undergraduate Research Fellows (Robotics)
5/2013 –9/2014, Great Lakes Water Institute, Milwaukee, WI
Worked alongside professor to come up with an efficient way to track sturgeon across the great lakes, using an autonomous aircraft with an Arduino base.
Created a Simulated model, for tracking sturgeon, in Python. Was written using Pygame library, and simulated a plane going back and forth in a lawnmower pattern until it found a “sturgeon”
Won 2 awards for a poster design/presentation, and was featured on the front page of UW-Milwaukee for this research.
Published in Oceans 2015 conference paper based on the findings of this research.
