Neuromodulation Division: Responsible for performing Preventative Maintenance tasks and coordinating Equipment Calibrations on Quality Systems, Production and Research and Development assets. Ordered selected spare parts for equipment through SAP system to dramatically decrease machine downtime. Continuously worked with OEM's. Performed failure and root cause analysis to determine PM and calibration frequencies. Administrator within our quality system database, Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) Infor EAM. Maintained, tracked and scheduled Equipment Calibrations, PM's and Unscheduled Maintenance's. Primarily responsible for ‘Bond Cell’ of cooled and uncooled Dewars used in Night Vision Systems. Performed process evaluations and lot acceptance testing on unit piece parts. Created matrices to evaluate critical bond parameters for robust operational performance on focal plane arrays, flex interconnects and feed through assemblies. Wrote final production machine programs, trained, tested and certified bond technicians. Created setup sheets for operation with x-factory production tracking system. Scheduled preventative maintenance activities with OEM’s to coordinate with production supervisors schedules. Purchased and stocked equipment spare parts inventory. Retained daily production records for Quality assurance audits. Assisted the Design Group with developing part holding fixtures to standardize in-line production flow. Increased 1st time Bond yield from 65 to 98%.

Install, maintain and operate high-speed automated robotics equipment for the manufacture and process of plastic drinking bottles. Insure proper operation of all in-line production equipment to comply with companies SOP's. Electric, electronic, pneumatics, hydraulics & mechanical aptitude. Perform periodic in-line quality testing, SPC. Document all production downtime and record corrective action. Complete safety program reports.
